    1. Record a 30-60 second testimonial video (Use your mobile phone or a camera and make sure you have good front lighting for us to see your beautiful face).
    2. The testimonial should contain:
      1. Your name
      2. How long you have been an AD&L patient for
      3. Your favourite aesthetic procedure and why
      4. The impact AD&L/the procedure has made on your skin
