Its Spring! – Time to kickstart your new skincare routine.

Getting older is inevitable but looking your age does not have to be. In a world full of technologically advanced skincare and treatments we really do not have to settle for looking our age. With all the different treatments and creams available today, it can get quite confusing as to what treatment does what and more importantly what treatment is right for you.

With Summer just around the corner, I want to get my skin into the best shape possible.

Achieving a glowing, clear and smooth skin is at the top of my list and a combination treatment approach is key here – this means combining a few of the best treatments to achieve better results. I often get asked what treatment program I follow so below is my own personal skin care regimen that I will be following over the next 12 weeks.

My Face

Treatments needed :

3 x SKINBOOSTERS
3x BBL
1x DERMAPEN
3x SKINTYTE

Neck Area

In order to really improve the neck area I have a perfected a protocol that really works, I combine 3 different technologies at the same time- these treatment are Skintyte / Dermapen / Microlaserpeel . This combination is fantastic for smoothing out lines and crepiness on the neck and giving the skin an overall smooth appearance.

Number of treatments will vary from patient to patient depending on the degree of improvement needed.

Products I will be using:

Mornings – potent antioxidant serum in the morning followed by my moisturizer and sunblock .
Evenings – Retinol/ Tretinoin cream to resurface and smooth out my skin.
Post treatment- I add in a recovery cream for 1 week post laser to add extra moisturize and increase my skins healing ability.

Skin Boosters

SkinTyte

This is one of my favourite all year-round tightening treatments it is completely safe to do in Summer as well. Dermapen

Dermapen is used to treat and improve conditions like acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, loose skin, skin texture, pore size, brown spots, stretch marks, and pigment issues. It’s also called skin needling, collagen induction therapy (CIT), and percutaneous collagen induction (PCI)
